About Us...
Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta is currently the sixth largest of the 93 HBS Clubs worldwide. The Club serves more than 1,500 alumni living in the Atlanta metropolitan area and enjoys a participation level which is among the highest in the country.
Since its inception, the Club has had two primary objectives: (1) to support the continued excellence and growth of the Harvard Business School, and (2) to contribute to the professional lives of all HBS alumni living in the Atlanta area.
The Club hosts over thirty events each year, including:
-
Breakfast and evening meetings featuring well-known business and community leaders, who discuss the challenges facing their companies and industries.
-
Social events, career development gatherings and receptions for prospective students.
In addition to the broad offering of educational programs and social events throughout the year, the Club is very active in the Atlanta community. Through the Atlanta Community Consulting Team (www.cct-atlanta.org) initiated in 1989, local HBS alumni provide pro bono consulting services to non-profit organizations. Partner organizations have included the Arts Festival of Atlanta, United Way Boys and Girls Club, AID Atlanta, Capital Area Ministries, Georgia Conservancy, and Georgia Special Olympics. Additionally, in recent years, alumni have served as public school project volunteers for Hands On Atlanta and as mentors for at-risk Atlanta youth in conjunction with the Fulton Industrial Boulevard Boys Association.
We hope you'll join us for one of the upcoming events - see you there!
