The Membership year runs from August 1 until July 31 of the following year. Registrations are not prorated for partial year memberships. We encourage alumni to register prior to the opening party in September to gain the maximum benefit from your membership.
Alumni and Non-Alumni (e.g. ABSA) Must be logged in. If you haven't already, please log in via the RED HBS ALUMNI tab or Non-Alumbi button on the home page before conducting any transactions on our site. Otherwise, our site cannot recognize you.
ABSA members are welcome to join as an ABSA Breakfast Package Member or purchase tickets to select events, including The Breakfast Series and Women's SIG events at non-member pricing. We ask that you sign up at the ABSA Registration Level.
(Alumni--please note also that if you have never used your HBS LEFA account, you will need to set this up as you go through the process. We are working closely with HBS to provide new services and benefits to our alumni, and logging in via your LEFA account is the way that we restrict these alumni benefits to HBS alumni only. Click here to set up your LEFA or reset your password)
HBSCA offers our members the quality programs they have come to expect. The organization is self-funded, relying solely on membership dues and sponsorship funding to operate. Although we are a fully sanctioned alumni club of Harvard Business School, we do not receive funding from the School.
Every year HBSCA offers over 40 events, including our highly successful Leadership Breakfast Series and Community Leadership Dinner. We offer exceptional opportunities to network with other business leaders in the Atlanta area through our Special Interest Groups focused on Real Estate, Women in business, Entrepreneurship, and Recent Grads.
What our members say about the club:
"Membership in the HBS Club of Atlanta gives me a slice of the HBS experience away from campus. Our diverse group of graduates- Executive Ed., MBA, and DBA - create a special, close community and provides opportunities for life-long learning and contributing. Getting involved as a member and Board Member has been a very rewarding experience" William Faulk, MBA 1992 Vice President, Chick-fil-A, Inc.
"I am an active member of the HBS Atlanta Club because no other club can provide me with as many opportunities for professional networking, contributing, staying connected and learning." Brooke Trible Weinmann, MBA 1984 Co-Founder, Atlanta Girls School
"The most rewarding aspect of membership of the HBS Club has been access to a very diverse set of HBS alumni. In addition to organizing great learning/networking events, they have also made time to advise and mentor recent alumni like me" Torarie Durden, MBA 2004 Vice President, PBFN, Inc.
Membership is restricted to Harvard Business School degree holders, Executive Education program graduates, HBS Club of Atlanta scholarship recipients for non-profit exec. ed. programs and current HBS students & faculty.
The Retiree and Non-Resident Membership criteria is as follows:
*Retiree – HBS (MBA or Executive Education) Graduate 65 or older
*Non-Resident - HBS (MBA or Executive Education) graduate living and working more than 50 miles from Atlanta.
Atlanta Business School Alliance (ABSA) members are encouraged to register for our Breakfast club series. If you are not interested in membership, you must sign up for the ABSA Registration Level.
